You can receive one of our complimentary therapy treatments or talking therapies  at The Etna Community Centre, based in Twickenham in West London or The Triangle Centre, based in Ealing in West London.

Directions

By Car

The Triangle Centre is off Uxbridge Road between the Iron Bridge and Ealing Hospital.  Heathrow is approximately 40 minutes away. Limited free car parking is available for all centre users.

 

On the M25 (from the north), take exit 16 for the M40 / A40 Western Avenue driving towards London. Turn onto to the Greenford exit (A4127). Turn right at the roundabout and travel down Greenford Road, then turn left onto Uxbridge Road. The Centre is approximately 200 metres after you drive under the Iron Bridge. 

 

On the M25 (from the south), take exit 15 for the M4, towards exit 3.  Take the A312 exit onto the Hayes bypass towards Southall and Ealing.  Drive down Uxbridge Road (A4020) through Southall.  The Centre is approximately 200 metres after you drive under the Iron Bridge.

By Train

 

Hanwell train station is approximately 1 mile away.  Boston Manor Tube Station is approximately 4 miles away.

 

By Bus

 

The Triangle Centre is close to St Bernards Gate bus stop.  Bus 195 goes to Boston Manor Tube Station.  Bus routes 83, 207, 427, 483 and 607 go to Ealing Broadway Station. Bus 92 goes to Greenford Station. Bus 282 terminates at Ealing Hospital.

Directions

By Car - from West London

Take the M25 to Junction 7, then take M23 to Junction 10.  Follow the signs to East Grinstead on the A264, then take the A22 Southbound towards East Grinstead.  

By Car - from Kent and Essex

Take the M25 to Junction 6 and then follow the A22 Southbound to East Grinstead.

By Train

 

Trains go from London Victoria via Clapham Junction and East Croydon to East Grinstead, Sussex. Alternatively, you can get a train from London Bridge via East Croydon to East Grinstead, Sussex.  Please check www.southernrailway.com for the latest train timetable. 

From the train station

It is best to get a taxi to the venue which is approximately 10 mins away.
