Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is an extremely effective treatment that has evolved from traditional techniques practiced in India for over a thousand years.

 

The techniques used in Indian Head Massage are simple and effective and the treatment can be performed on an ordinary chair with a low back.

Indian Head Massage is applied to the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face and scalp.

This is a clothed therapy and therefore can be performed anywhere.

This form of therapy works on both a physical and psychological level. It represents a de-stressing treatment for the whole body and can be performed at the workplace as part of a Stress Management or Wellbeing Programme.

Sessions last 15-30 minutes within the workplace and 30-60 minutes at one of our venues in West London.
